Yes. Self-pay patients are always welcome. We're happy to explain pricing upfront so there are no surprises.
What makes your dry eye clinic different?
We're recognized as Utah's premier dry eye clinic. We go beyond symptom management to diagnose the root cause — whether that's meibomian gland dysfunction, inflammation, or another factor — and create a personalized treatment plan.
What is included in a comprehensive eye exam?
Your exam includes a vision and prescription check, full eye-health evaluation, screening for conditions like glaucoma, cataracts, and diabetic eye disease, plus dedicated time with your doctor to review everything.
Can you treat headaches with eye care?
Yes. Many headaches have a vision component that goes undetected in a standard eye exam. Our doctors use specialized neuro-optometric testing and precision lens solutions to address this.
Do you offer specialty contact lenses?
Yes. Cedar Valley Eyecare fits soft lenses, scleral lenses, hybrid lenses, GP lenses, Ortho-K, and specialty soft lenses. The office fits contact lenses from CooperVision, Bausch + Lomb, and Alcon, along with specialty scleral lenses for patients who need a more customized fit.

Common payment options include major credit and debit cards, HSA funds, FSA funds, and payment plans when available. The office can also help explain vision or medical insurance benefits before your visit.
At what age should my child have an eye exam?
We recommend an exam around age 3 and annually once school starts. Earlier visits are wise if you notice squinting, eye turns, reading struggles, or failed school screenings.
